GHA stands very different than others for new sales hire. Most of the 100+ sales staff work from home office. Lot of flexibility but have to be sincere in your job and spend your time with full commitment. Currently GHA pays 200% of sales profit for first 90 days. Then you get Spiff from different vendors. GHA also offer Stock plan through ESOP. You get medical and dental coverage. A mentor is assigned to new hire. GHA marketing modify sales plan on a timely fashion.
